• Validity: All package vouchers are valid for 12 months(6session pack)and 18 months (12 session pack) from the purchase date.
• Presentation: A physical voucher must be presented at each session upon arrival.
• Non-transferable: Packages are intended for single-client use and cannot be transferred, resold.
• Non-refundable: Vouchers are not eligible for refunds or conversion to cash.
• Health Fund: Private health fund claims are not available for all package purchases in accordance with provider guidelines.
• Service Type: Packages must be redeemed for the specific treatment type purchased (Deep Tissue, Remedial, Pregnancy, Trigger Point).
• Promotions: Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional rates.
• Lost Vouchers: Lost or misplaced vouchers may not be replaced without valid proof of purchase.

Online Voucher Purchase

• Vouchers purchased online will be issued with a unique digital code — no physical card required.
• If you’d like a physical voucher card for gifting or personal use, simply visit us with your digital code — we’ll redeem it in-store and prepare a physical card for your package.
• Customers can redeem their voucher using the digital code at any appointment.
• Partial redemption is available (e.g., use 2 sessions and 4 remain).
  *Sessions cannot be split into shorter durations.
• You can check your remaining balance anytime via GiftUp.app using your voucher code.
